Which length should I pick?
15 minutes (£25) is plenty for one plant or one clear question — a diagnosis and a plan. Pick 30 minutes (£40) if you have several plants to look at, want a care routine for your whole collection, or you're planning new plants for a space.
How does the £5 voucher work?
After your consultation we email you a single-use £5 voucher code. It works on your next Patch order of any size — plants, pots or accessories — and it doesn't expire for 12 months.
What do I need for the call?
Just a phone, tablet or laptop with a camera. There's nothing to install — your booking confirmation contains a link that opens in the browser. Having the plant nearby (and being able to show the room it lives in) helps a lot.
Can I gift a consultation?
Yes — at checkout, tick "this is a gift" and we'll email the booking link to your recipient with a note from you, ready for them to book whenever suits.
What if my plant came from Patch and isn't thriving?
You may not need to pay at all — every Patch plant comes with free care support and the 30-day Patch Promise. Message us first and we'll take care of you; the paid consultation is for deeper dives and plants from anywhere.
