How long is a voucher valid for?
12 months from the day it’s delivered. We’ll send the recipient a friendly nudge before it expires — no sneaky lapsing.
What can it be spent on?
Everything: indoor and outdoor plants, pots, accessories, gift bundles, Plant Doctor consultations — and delivery. If their order costs more than the voucher, they just pay the difference.
Can I send it directly to the recipient?
Yes. Add their email at checkout and the voucher goes straight to their inbox, with your message inside. You’ll get a confirmation copy too.
What if they don’t spend it all at once?
The balance stays on the voucher. They can use the same code across as many orders as they like until it’s used up or expires.
Can I get a refund on a voucher?
Unused vouchers can be refunded within 14 days of purchase, as long as none of the balance has been spent. Just reply to your order email.
